Wesley Mission provides a range of services for children, young people and families. Wesley Family Centres were established out of the recognition that the best way to care for children was to work with the whole family.
Wesley Family Centre Penrith was established in 1986, followed by Wesley Family Centre The Hills in 1988, Wesley Family Centre Quakers Hill in 1990 and Wesley Family Centre Riverstone in 2003. Over the years Wesley Family Centres have devolved and relocated, changed their names, and expanded to include those on the Central Coast. These types of services have also adapted and developed to offer what they are today: an extensive range of early intervention and support services.
Today each Wesley Family Centre offers tailored programs that are relevant for the local communities in which they operate. Specialist programs have been developed for vulnerable families from various cultures offering multicultural support and educational groups.
