Origins

Driven to care for vulnerable older people in the community, Wesley Mission opened its first aged care facilities in the 1920s, just at the onset of the Great Depression. Since then the work has expanded and Wesley Mission now provides eight residential aged care facilities in Sydney with three independent living villages and four high level care ageing in place facilities.

Wesley Tebbutt Dundas is an ageing in place facility in Dundas in Sydney’s north west. It opened its doors in 1976, offering older people a place to grow old gracefully in a homely, peaceful setting.

Commitment to care

Wesley Mission understands that moving into a residential aged care facility is a major decision for residents and their families. Trusted and experienced staff at Wesley Tebbutt Dundas do their utmost to ensure that this change is made as easy as possible for residents.

Legislation requires every senior’s home to have a certain percentage of places for those who are financially disadvantages. Wesley Tebbutt Dundas has allocated 90 per cent off their places.

As an organisation with strong Christian values and decades of experience, Wesley Mission is committed to providing professional, respectful, supportive environments for older people.
