Interview: Rob Seaton

What goes through your mind when you see someone who is experiencing homeless?

Rev Keith Garner interviews long term Wesley Mission staff member, Rob Seaton about how he has supported thousands of people through Wesley Homeless Services since the 1990s. Rob shares how rewarding it is to help those who are vulnerable get back on their feet.

"Homelessness is never a choice ... at its heart is an absence of choice," said Rob.

So what should we do when we meet someone who is experiencing homeless?

"Respect them, acknowledge them. I think anything beyond that is up to the person, " advises Rob.
