you\u2019ve experienced intimate partner domestic violence \u2013 we can support you.\u00a0<\/a><\/p><p>The Escaping Violence Payment (EVP) is an Australian Government program, designed to help people aged 18 and above who have:<\/p><ul><li>recently experienced intimate partner domestic violence<\/li><li>have a changed living situation<\/li><li>and are experiencing financial stress.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-1481515 );\">This\u202fincludes violent or threatening\u202fbehaviour\u202fthat is:\u202f<\/span><\/p><ul><li>physically, verbally or sexually\u202fabusive<\/li><li>emotionally, spiritually or psychologically abusive<\/li><li>economically abusive<\/li><li>threatening, coercive, or seeks to control or\u202fdominate the other person.\u202f<\/li><\/ul><p>The EVP program can provide:\u202f<\/p><ul><li>financial assistance such as vouchers for essential items<\/li><li>goods and services such as removalists, bonds or basics for a new home<\/li><li>wrap-around support including safe and confidential services.<\/li><\/ul><p>We believe everybody has a right to establish a safe
