You may be eligible to join Wesley LifeSkills Bardwell Park if you have NDIS funding in:
- NDIS Core Supports: help with your daily routines so you can take part in your community and feel more connected
- NDIS Capacity Building: helping you grow your skills and move forward with your goals so you can live more independently.
You’re also welcome to privately fund your own support.
