What are the actual costs?

We offer transparent pricing with flexible deferred management fee (DMF) options, clearly explained recurrent fees and a capped exit fee.

No surprises. You’ll know what to expect—up front, in writing. As always, we encourage you to chat to your family and seek independent financial advice to make sure the decision is right for you.

Is care available if my needs change?

We offer privately funded flexicare to help you remain independent for as long as possible, and if you are eligible for government funding your choice of in home care, including our onsite Wesley Home Care team.

What happens if I leave?

Your exit refund is guaranteed in writing. No surprises.

Can I have guests?

Absolutely. They can stay the night with you or in one of our guest units (subject to availability).
