Helpful links

Our roots can be traced to the first Methodist Church meeting held in March 1812. It wasn’t until 1884 that Australia’s first Methodist church took on a new name, being known as Central Methodist Mission.

In 1977, the Methodist Church of Australasia, the Presbyterian Church of Australia and the Congregational Union of Australia, combined to become the Uniting Church.

Becoming part of the Uniting Church and taking on a new name, Wesley Central Mission changed to Wesley Mission in 1994.
