NDIS @ Wesley Mission

Launched in 2013, the NDIS changed the way people with disability received support. Under this system, the funding for support services is directly allocated to you, not a service provider, giving you more choice and control over your support.

Are you eligible for the NDIS?

You may be eligible for funding under the NDIS if you:

have a significant and permanent disability
are aged between 0-65 years old
require early intervention
are an Australian citizen.

To find out if you are eligible, call the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) on 1800 800 110 or read the NDIS Access Checklist. If you are eligible, you will need to complete forms and send them to the NDIA for processing.
