About the role

We are currently seeking experienced Care Service Employees (AIN’s) to join our committed team in providing exceptional care to our residents. A genuine person-centred approach is essential to the success of this role as we respond to the changing needs of our residents.

Essential criteria

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
  • minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care
  • the ability to build positive relationships with your team and residents
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • an understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
  • must be willing to complete a criminal history check prior to commencement and every 3 years
  • must have flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and evenings
  • must have evidence of current COVID vaccination.

Remuneration

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Nursing Award 2010.
