Community & Partnerships Manager - OOSH / OSHC
Wesley Out of School Hours Care
At Wesley OOSH, we believe the way we operate matters just as much as the services we deliver. You will work alongside senior leaders who expect leadership, integrity, and professionalism to define how OOSH is positioned and grown. This is a role with real responsibility at the centre of the portfolio, where your judgement, presence, and relationships will directly influence how Wesley is seen and considered across the sector.
About the role
As the Community & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building Wesley OOSH’s presence across the sector and ensuring we are actively considered for new opportunities. You will lead engagement with schools, the Department of Education, and key stakeholders, creating and maintaining relationships that support the growth of our portfolio.
You will work closely with the Head of OOSH and leadership team, contributing to strategic conversations around growth, positioning, and future opportunities. This role is not reactive. It requires someone who can identify opportunities early, create momentum, and follow through to outcomes.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy, managing relationships, engagement, and tender activity across the portfolio. You will also work alongside Area Managers and service teams to strengthen our presence within existing communities and support increased attendance across services.
This is a role of influence and accountability within a growing portfolio. You will be expected to represent Wesley with credibility, build trust with key decision makers, and play a direct role in shaping the future growth of Wesley OOSH.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a confident and credible professional who understands how to build trust and influence across the sector. You are someone who engages well with people, communicates clearly, and represents the organisation with professionalism and intent.
You are proactive and self directed. You do not wait for opportunities to come to you. You identify them, pursue them, and follow through. You are comfortable working in environments where outcomes are not immediate, and you maintain focus and momentum over time.
You understand the importance of relationships in this sector. You are able to engage with school leaders, Department representatives, and stakeholders in a way that builds confidence and positions Wesley as a provider of choice.
You enjoy working as part of a leadership team, contributing to strategic conversations and taking ownership of your role in shaping the growth of the portfolio.
