About Wesley Home Care

We deliver in-home and community-based services to older Australians, supporting them to live independently and meaningfully. Our care is personalised, respectful, and holistic—addressing physical, social, and spiritual needs.

 

About the role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:

  • Personal care

  • Domestic assistance

  • Transport and shopping

  • Meal preparation

  • Social support and companionship.

About You

We welcome both entry-level and experienced applicants. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A caring, empathetic nature

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desirable but not essential)

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

  • COVID vaccination (minimum 2 doses)

  • Police check

  • NSW driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle

  • Second language skills (highly regarded).
