About Wesley Home Care
We deliver in-home and community-based services to older Australians, supporting them to live independently and meaningfully. Our care is personalised, respectful, and holistic—addressing physical, social, and spiritual needs.
About the role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:
Personal care
Domestic assistance
Transport and shopping
Meal preparation
Social support and companionship.

About You
We welcome both entry-level and experienced applicants. Ideal candidates will have:
A caring, empathetic nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
COVID vaccination (minimum 2 doses)
Police check
NSW driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Second language skills (highly regarded).
