About the program
Wesley Disability Service’s in-home support program, empowers people living with a disability to lead fulfilling lives by providing compassionate, life-enhancing care within their home and their local community. We emphasize maintaining independence while addressing social, physical, and spiritual needs.
About the role
We are seeking passionate individuals with nursing or disability backgrounds to provide individualised care and support to our clients. Services would be delivered in clients' homes and may include personal care, community participation, capacity building, meal preparation, transport, and assisting with social activities. The role focuses on helping individuals achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
