About the program
Wesley Disability Service’s in-home support disability program empowers people living with a disability to lead fulfilling lives by providing compassionate, life-enhancing care. We emphasize maintaining independence while addressing social, physical, and spiritual needs.
About the role
We are seeking passionate individuals with Assistance in Nursing (AIN) or Registered Nurse (RN) backgrounds to provide individualized care and support to our clients. Services may be delivered in clients' homes and may include personal care, community participation, capacity building, meal preparation, transport, and assisting with social activities. The role focuses on helping clients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
Support Workers will require a driver’s license and comprehensive insurance, working primarily within their local area. This is an ideal opportunity for those with healthcare backgrounds who want to make a real difference.
