About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement, the Manager, Policy & Advocacy provides strategic leadership for Wesley Mission’s advocacy pillars and policy agenda.
This role stewards the organisation’s priority advocacy areas and policy agenda, ensuring evidence, lived experience and reform priorities are translated into clear, credible campaign strategies and policy reform agendas that support Wesley Mission’s broader advocacy strategy and service priorities.
The role works in close partnership with senior leaders across the organisation and provides strategic direction to ensure policy, campaigns, government relations and public engagement are aligned to drive systemic change.
It also line manages the Campaign Lead – Gambling Reform and plays a key role in strengthening sector partnerships and coalitions to amplify Wesley Mission’s influence.
