Senior Adviser, Service Design & Productisation

We are looking for a Senior Adviser, Service Design & Productisation to help identify, design and grow innovative service models that respond to community need and strengthen Wesley Mission's impact across NSW and beyond.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Impact & Growth, you will lead service design and productisation activities that help transform great ideas into scalable, investable and sustainable service offerings. You will work closely with service leaders, subject matter experts and growth specialists to strengthen existing programs, identify new opportunities and improve Wesley Mission's readiness for future funding and commissioning opportunities.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will help shape service concepts, clarify value propositions, develop service models and support growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of community services. You will also contribute specialist expertise to funding submissions and growth opportunities, helping program teams articulate compelling, evidence-based solutions.
