The role is part of Wesley Community Services Limited with services to uplift children, families, older Australians, people with disabilities and those needing pathways out of homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges and financial hardship.

We are seeking an exceptional workforce planning leader. Reporting to our Head of People Services in this new role, this is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and analytical subject matter expert to ensure excellence in workforce management, rostering and compliance and also contribute towards longer-term workforce planning.
