About the programmes
The ICM aims to provide short-term care (up to 3 months) for up to 3 children that is holistic individualised and takes a team-based approach to the complex impacts of abuse, neglect, separation from families and significant others along with other vulnerabilities.
Transitioning children aged between 9 and 14 years to more suitable safe and secure, home-like environments while foster care, kinship relative care or other placement options are identified.
The TCH model offers a stable placement in a home-like setting for eligible children for 6 months or longer while more long-term living arrangements are explored. Placements are supported by a therapeutic specialist in line with the NSW Therapeutic Framework
About the role
We are currently seeking permanent part-time staff and a pool of casual staff who will initially provide care support and guidance for children and young person in line with the ITM and TCH Model
The successful candidate will be part of a team that will be on a largely weekend rotating roster. Hours of work are flexible and may include some sleep overs

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. SCHADS level 3
