The program is designed to help families with children or teenagers (aged 0-17) who are at risk of entering, or escalating within, the statutory child protection system.
Families Together is offered across Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains, and South Western Sydney, spanning from Penrith, Hawkesbury, through to Blacktown, Fairfield and Liverpool.
