    Who it's for

     

    Wesley Emergency Relief is for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, including: 

    • Those struggling to pay bills, (or at risk of),  
    • Anyone unable to purchase essential groceries 
    • People in financial distress or at risk of financial instability

    FAQs

    Am I eligible?

    We provide emergency relief across a large area, please add your postcode into our online link to check initial eligibility.

     

    If located in an eligible area, you will be asked to complete application form and submit relevant documentation.

     

    One of our Emergency Relief staff will contact you to conduct an assessment which includes discussions around your current budget, income and expenses.

     

    This assessment will determine your final eligibility.

    What support can I receive?

    Emergency relief will be able to assist eligible individuals with food voucher and other basic essential items.

    How quickly will I receive the assistance after my assessment?

    Food vouchers are generally sent within 24 hours.

     

    Times may vary for other basic essential items, depending on order/ delivery times of our suppliers.

    Will I need to provide personal information and who has access to this?

    During the application you will be asked to provide supporting documentation in order to verify your identity and current circumstances.

     

    All personal details are stored securely and are only accessible to relevant Emergency relief staff.
