The Wesley Seniors Social Hubs are designed for older people who may be:
- Socially isolated and looking to connect with others
- Frail or in need of assistance with daily activities
- Living with dementia and seeking a safe and engaging environment
We welcome seniors from the Wyong Shire areas, and South West Sydney areas to join our inclusive and friendly hubs.
