Who it's for

The Wesley Seniors Social Hubs are designed for older people who may be: 

  • Socially isolated and looking to connect with others 
  • Frail or in need of assistance with daily activities 
  • Living with dementia and seeking a safe and engaging environment 


We welcome seniors from the Wyong Shire areas, and South West Sydney areas to join our inclusive and friendly hubs.
