Wesley Community Living
The Wesley Community Living program supports adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities to live independently in their own homes and to have an active role in the community. We also help people gain the skills that enable them to transition to living independently.
As part of the program, we offer a maximum of 15 hours per week drop-in support and issues-based case management. We provide an individual service contract so that each participant’s unique needs are addressed throughout the program.
Wesley Community Living staff are committed to providing support in a range of areas including:
- health and wellbeing
- personal care
- safe use of appliances
- paying bills
- dealing with emergencies.
