Helpful links

Whether you’re already living at an aged care facility, or think you have no other option, we’re here to help you find the most appropriate living situation.

Residents of Wesley Woodward, our site in Western Sydney, are supported with all aspects of their life, such as day-to-day living, medical and personal administration needs, shopping, accessing community services and living a meaningful and productive life in the community.

Our accommodation

The Wesley Woodward site is located in Smithfield and consists of five units which accommodate two people each. The facilities include:

  • individual bedrooms and living areas for each resident
  • a shared living space in each unit
  • a large club house that can be used for special events, meetings and any indoor recreational activity.
  • a large kitchen where residents can entertain a large group of friends and family.

How does it work?

We work with prospective residents and their families from a very early stage to ensure that a transition to Wesley Woodward is the most desirable outcome for the person with disability.

Prospective residents are referred to Wesley Woodward by the Department of Ageing, Disability and Care. We review prospective residents to determine their support needs, the best compatibility with potential unit mate and our capacity to support the client effectively.
