The Clinical Team Leader will also provide guidance to non-clinical team members to ensure all Home Care services are delivered in alignment with evidence-based best practice and adhering to clinical governance requirements.

Key areas of focus will be:

  • reviewing clinical policies and procedures and providing advice to ensure currency and suitability for the regions’ clients and staff
  • participating in the Home Care Clinical Leadership group to identify gaps, determine corrective actions, implement changes and evaluate outcomes relating to clinical care in the region and within Wesley Mission Home Care as a whole.

As this is a newly created role, you’ll be keen to bring your skills and experience to building strong clinical care foundations in your region and to work closely with all client-care team members to deliver continuous quality improvements and great care outcomes for our clients.

At Wesley Mission, you will be joining a highly recognised organisation with a longstanding reputation of exceptional care for those in the community.
