We work with the most disadvantaged in our community by providing over 200 services ranging from aged care, homeless services, child and family care, counselling, employment, training and education, and health services.

About the role

We currently have a wonderful opportunity for a junior marketer to join our friendly and dedicated team in an entry level coordinator role. In this role you’ll work closely with our internal business partners to help meet their marketing needs.

Along with your passion for marketing, you’ll also work alongside our specialist creative and digital teams to help raise brand awareness for the different portfolios of the organisation. You’ll assist to develop and deliver multichannel marketing projects across the full spectrum of communication channels and marketing collateral.

This is a hands-on, support role that requires a real ‘people person’ with a can-do attitude and an ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. This position calls for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills and who thrives on being challenged and working as part of a team.

Essential criteria

  • tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • desire to work in a business partnership role with a focus on planning and project implementation
  • willingness to work alongside specialist creative and digital teams to deliver multi-channel marketing projects
  • excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage various stakeholders
  • ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • ability to take direction, work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills
  • proficient skills in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
