We’ll provide you with individual support to manage your emotions, develop strategies to deal with difficult situations, build social skills to improve your relationships and have positive interactions with people.
We can help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and support your physical wellbeing with exercise and nutrition advice.
We can help you research and apply for study or training opportunities. We’ll support you to access education from TAFE or university, so you can take the next steps in your career. If you’re leaving school, we can also support with your transition to further education.
To help increase your life skills, independence and community participation, we’ll help you access assessment, training and therapy from a health professional such as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist or Registered Nurse. You can take part in either group or individual sessions.
