If you don’t think you are receiving the right help and would like to make a complaint, please talk to your ParentsNext provider first. Your ParentsNext provider will offer a fair feedback process and will try to resolve your concerns.
If you feel you can’t talk to your ParentsNext provider, or you are still not happy and wish to transfer, you can contact the Department of Jobs and Small Business’ National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260 (free call from land lines) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Can I voluntarily participate in Wesley ParentsNext?
From 1 July 2021, any Parenting Payment recipient with a child under five and a half years can volunteer to participate in Wesley ParentsNext. Volunteer participants will receive tailored support and have access to financial assistance through the Participation Fund, to help you achieve your education and employment goals.
