If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 000. If you don’t have somewhere safe to sleep, a place to call home, are couch-surfing or living out of your car, Wesley Mission can help you get back on your feet with:

  • crisis accommodation
  • end-to-end case management
  • access to a range of Wesley Mission support services.

If you’re experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness and don’t live in any of the areas where Wesley Mission provides crisis accommodation, Link2Home is your next step. A state-wide homelessness information and referral telephone service, Link2Home is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year on 1800 152 152.

If you know someone who is experiencing homelessness, you can also contact Link2Home to advocate on their behalf.

Linke2Home will provide you with service support information, conduct an assessment regarding your situation and make referrals to homelessness services across New South Wales to help you get back on your feet.
