By partnering with first-to-know services we can identify and assist people who are at risk of homelessness as early as possible. Our aim where possible is to help reduce the ‘revolving door,’ or cycle of homelessness, by helping you retain existing housing or finding a more suitable, affordable, and safe solution. Our services include:
- a tailored and flexible approach for your unique situation
- additional support through short term case management
- referrals to a range of other services when needed
