The Wesley LifeForce Training team is now giving people the opportunity to step back from their daily grind and spend time focusing on their mental health.
Building Resilience is a four-hour online workshop designed for teams of people in workplaces and organisations. The workshop explains how lifestyle factors and cognitive strategies can improve people’s resilience, and their mental health.
The workshop covers a range of topics, and it gives everyone the space to reflect on a wide range of issues crucial to mental health: topics like diet & exercise, social connections, mindfulness, gratefulness, and much more.
So far, we’ve seen many people willing to take the time out of their busy schedule to put in place some mental health strategies appropriate to each of their situations.
After such a challenging year, it’s more important than ever for each of us to ensure that we’re doing everything we can to maintain and build up our mental health.
