School-based traineeships can be a great way for an employer to support a young person in year 11 or 12 to gain a qualification and industry experience whilst completing school. Not everyone will go to university after high school so, SBATs provide young people with a strong pathway into meaningful employment and career options.
We specialise in industry areas such as:
- business services
- health services
- hospitality.
