Wesley Mission is a high-profile, multi-faceted Christian organisation making a real difference in the community. We work with some of the most disadvantaged people in our community through more than 200 services spanning homelessness, mental health, child and family services, aged care, counselling, employment, education and health.

About you

This role would suit someone who brings:

  • Experience or demonstrated capability in policy research, analysis and writing
  • Strong written communication skills, including drafting policy submissions, briefs and recommendations
  • An understanding of public policy development, consultation and government decision‑making processes
  • The ability to synthesise complex information into clear, practical policy insights
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines
  • Confidence working collaboratively with advocacy, government relations, campaign and service teams
  • Alignment with Wesley Mission’s Christian mission, values and commitment to social justice
