Hub Coordinator x2
About Wesley Mission
Wesley Mission is a large, multi‑faceted Christian organisation committed to doing all the good we can because every life matters.

Answer and triage phone, email and digital enquiries across Wesley Mission services
Respond to people in distress with empathy, professionalism and appropriate escalation
Coordinate referrals and warm handovers to internal services and external partners
Support visitor management, safety processes and site operations
Work collaboratively with security, facilities and program teams
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of hub operations
About You
