Wesley Training - incorporating Wesley Vocational Institute, the Registered Training Organisation of Wesley Mission - has been successfully delivering accredited training qualifications and short courses for over 15 years, with offices in Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong / ACT and strong partnerships interstate.
About the role
The Sydney training team at Wesley Vocational Institute is seeking a Training Administrator/Course Advisor to become an important member of our small team. To be happy in this role you will need to be motivated, energetic and have a can-do attitude. This is a Part-time or Full time role with the capacity to accommodate school hours for the right candidate.
This role requires strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring high compliance record management standards are maintained
You will be a key office team member, liaising with students, trainers, employers and other agencies as part of your daily activity. You will need to be a clear communicator and love working with people as well as being independent enough to prioritise your own daily tasks.
