In July 2009, the ownership of Wesley Institute was transferred from Wesley Mission. It is now owned by group of successful business people with a high level of experience in Christian education and management.

This move will enable Wesley Mission to concentrate its resources on the most poor and disadvantaged of our community and allow Wesley Institute to focus on providing the highest quality Christian education.
