When it comes to getting older, have you considered whether your health will be impacted?

Join our Ageing Well: Tips for Seniors free workshop to learn more about how you can support your mental and physical wellbeing as you age, including:

  • how ageing impacts your mental and physical health
  • how much and what sort of physical activity is appropriate as you age
  • common changes to sleep patterns as you age, and how to manage those changes in positive ways
  • tips on navigating the healthcare system, so you’ve got a plan if anything crops up
  • keep your mind young and outlook positive by finding ways to learn new skills.

You’re welcome to attend on your own or with friends, family and/or a carer.
