We believe that everyone has the right to a safe place to live. Through Wesley Community Housing, we provide suitable, sustainable, and secure accommodation, so young people can live independent, happy and fulfilled lives

Young adults and teenagers can live independently through our living support options. We manage over 350 tenancies throughout Sydney and the Central Coast, supporting individuals, families, young people, people who are ageing, and people with disability.

We have several types of community housing:

  • crisis accommodation
  • transitional supported housing
  • general social housing
  • specialist disability accommodation.

Link2Home

Linked2Home is a state-wide homelessness information and referral telephone service and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year on 1800 152 152. This service is for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as for advocates acting on a person’s behalf. This service provides information, conducts assessments, as well as makes referrals to homelessness services across NSW and is part of the Going Home Staying Home reforms.
