We all feel angry sometimes, often when there’s a good reason. Uncontrolled anger can be harmful, but you can learn to manage it.
Our youth centres offer short–term programs which can equip you with skills and knowledge to help manage your anger. Through these centres, you can also get access to counselling, if necessary.
