Wesley Aunties & Uncles

We have a long history of providing security, support and care to children in need to help them reach their full potential. Learn about becoming a volunteer mentor through Wesley Aunties & Uncles.

As they make the transition from youth to adulthood young people face a time of profound personal change, making decisions about their education, training and employment that will greatly affect their future. Many believe that they would benefit from more adult support as they traverse this complex terrain. Those young people in mentoring relationships report how important their mentors have been in helping them clarify future goals, make positive life choices and gain confidence. For disadvantaged young people or those at risk of dropping out of school, mentoring can open up great opportunities and help them see a different future.
