Rev Keith Garner chats with Ben Kaiser, Activities Training and Development Coordinator at Wesley Vision Valley's conference centre, about Wesley Urban Expeditions, an adventure-based program, which provides corporate, community and church groups the opportunity to build their confidence as they undertake outdoor activities.
"I truly believe building resilience and building some real life skills to be able to cope with challenges. I think that’s one of the best aspects of the kind of programs that we run here," said Ben.
