Hope through media

13 November 2016 Wesley Impact! TV

This week on Wesley Impact! TV we talk to Dan Widdowson, former co-host of the very popular breakfast radio show on Hope 103.2 and regulars Craig Gower and Deb Ezzy-Walton perform the song ‘River of Love’ with our talented in-house band.

We also have a look at our Out of School Hours Care in Quakers Hill, a service where children have a safe place to go after school while their parents are still at work.

Special guest: Dan Widdowson

If you had a successful media career on television and radio and you felt called by God to give it all away to do something less glamorous, would you? Would you be prepared to follow your calling? Well that's exactly what Dan Widdowson did and he hasn't looked back.

Dan talks about stepping away from his flourishing media, which saw him co-hosting the popular kids TV program ‘Saturday Disney’ as well as writing for TV soap Home and Away. Now a minister himself at a local church in the central coast, he is excited for the future.

Guest performer: Craig Gower and Deb Ezzy-Walton

We welcome back Craig Gower, Deb Ezzy-Walton and the Wesley Impact! TV band to perform the upbeat and inspiring song, ‘River of Love’.

Keith’s message: The Mount of Olives

Jesus reminds a crowd of people that the day of the Son of Man is coming near. He tells them that while this earth may pass away, his words will last forever and He encourages them to keep watch so they can stand before Him in the days of redemption.
