Wesley LifeForce Suicide Awareness Session, Online event

This introductory session builds practical awareness of suicide risk and the supports available to assist a person in distress. Participants will strengthen their understanding of safe communication, warning signs and pathways to help.

• Use safe, supportive language

• Understand the incidence of suicide in Australia

• Recognise signs that someone may be at risk of suicide

• Identify national and local suicide prevention resources that support help seeking
