2008: Growing people

People are more than just the circumstances they have come from. They have dreams and talents as real as their problems and weaknesses. They yearn to know they matter and Wesley Mission is committed to helping them grow and achieve their best. The year has been one of growth for many of the services and also for the people Wesley Mission serves. In every sector, services have expanded geographically or in breadth and depth and people’s lives have been transformed. While our services offered more, the amount of people on waiting lists or who had to be turned away from services are a bleak reminder that the needs in the community are also growing.
