Spring 2016: Stronger together
Building strong relationships and working together is critical to the work that we do here at Wesley Mission. From relationships between our staff and the people we walk alongside, relationships with our volunteers and liked-minded organisations who help us deliver our many services, to our relationship with our donors, whose generosity makes our work possible, we know that we are stronger together.
Alex was a troubled high school student, but with the help of Wesley Mission, he and his whole family became stronger together. In this issue of Wesley Impact! news, you can also read Tina’s story of overcoming trauma and alcohol addiction with the specialist care of Wesley Hospital Kogarah, how Wesley Mission is helping parents overcome the barriers to re-entering the workforce and about a new initiative bringing together aged care and disability services in the spirit of friendship and creativity.
