Home care for seniors
We’ll help you choose the support and services you need to live independently and safely in your own home. This can include domestic assistance, personal care, meals, health care support, nursing services, transport to social activities and community connection. If you have a need that goes beyond those listed above, let us know and together, we’ll find right support for you.
Need assistance with day-to-day activities? If you’re living with disability, we offer supports to help you to live safely and as independently as possible from the comfort of your home. Whether you need home assistance, personal care, transportation or are looking to develop your life skills, we’re here for you. If you have a need that goes beyond those listed above, let us know and together, we’ll find right support for you.
If you’re living with disability, through Wesley LifeSkills, we’ll support you to become more independent. From gardening, cooking and sport to craft and music, here you can explore your creativity, build life skills, discover friendship, stay active, complete volunteer work and participate in your local community.
If you need help juggling the responsibilities of raising a young family while working or studying, through our Wesley ParentsNext program, we can help you set your own meaningful goals and support you to pursue them. Together, we’ll work on your goals at a pace that suits your family’s circumstances.
Foster care and adoptions
You can give a child or teenager a safe, stable and loving home by becoming a foster carer with Wesley Dalmar. Whether you provide temporary or short-term care, permanent or long-term care, adoption, specialist foster care or respite care, you’ll make a significant difference in a young person’s life.
If you’re a young person aged 15-25 years old living in foster care, we can also help you transition from out-of-home care to living independently with accommodation and life skills support.
