We thank you, O God, for the work of all those who give themselves either in employment or as volunteers in the Emergency Services of this country, in our cities and in the Rural Fire Service.
To you, Lord, we extend our gratitude that you have put into the hearts of women and men, the desire to go above and beyond in providing help to those in need.
Bless such people with an awareness that their work is deeply appreciated.
