Wesley Impact with Stu Cameron: Our legacy is love

You may have heard of chaplains… but what do they actually do?

Chaplains are a community within a community – they are a great source of support when the going gets tough. And they offer more than a shoulder to cry on and a prayer to say. They are trained pastoral workers who can provide emotional, spiritual and social support to those in need – often those who may not have access to essential care and support services.

In this episode, Wesley Mission’s Chaplaincy Coordinator Jo Garratt provides some insight into the role of a chaplain and how she journeys alongside vulnerable people through both the highs and lows of life – no matter the circumstance.

Hear about their inspirational work and how having a good support system in life’s trenches helps us to find hope.

Wesley Mission CEO and Superintendent Rev Stu Cameron also continues his encouraging teaching on what it means to speak and live out Jesus’ words of truth in our lives today.
