As the Rev Dr Keith Garner begins a series focusing on the ministry of Jesus Christ in the Gospel of John, he begins by drawing attention to the evidence regarding Jesus’ identity and authority, which came not only from the words of Christ himself, but from the testimony of others around Him and indeed from God Himself. Christ’s identity and unity of purpose with the Father was also shown in His powerful miracles. As we read, believe and trust the evidence in Scripture which unmistakably shows Christ to be God’s Son, it is natural that we communicate this to others, that they may be drawn to Him.
