Let’s talk about mental health

With 1 in 5 Australians experiencing symptoms of mental illness each year, it’s time that mental health stops being the elephant in the room. These Australians are our colleagues, friends and family. It’s time to start talking about mental health.

Helpful links

Over a million Australians live with depression each year, one in four will develop an anxiety disorder at some point in their life and eating disorders are the third most common chronic illness in females. Worse, stigma still surrounds mental health in Australia.

With as little as a conversation, you can help. It’s time we talked about the elephant in the room … mental health.
