The programs are designed to teach employees how to support someone who is going through a tough time, identify the signs that someone may be at risk of suicide and outline the appropriate action to take.

Full-day and half-day workshops provide participants with opportunities to practice the intervention strategy.
Clinical and/or previous mental health training is not needed to take part in the course. The program is designed to assist individuals to support work colleagues, family and friends—or anyone at risk of suicide.
